Theseeke三款Temple Oil, 我除咗會用喺太陽穴按摩，亦會用喺pulse points，例如手碗/耳背位置去幫助自己舒緩，亦會取少少喺手心入面搓暖，再深深呼吸去減壓，或者喺meditation前用嚟深呼吸exercise. 呢隻oil質地輕身，含滋潤嘅山茶花油同維他命E，可以當lip oil用都得啊。呢一隻Dream On, 有薰衣草、玫瑰天竺葵天然精油，氣味calming得嚟同時有種好loving好supportive嘅感覺，能夠即時舒解壓力，或者有時需要comfort時可以用（例如突然感到"害怕" "焦慮" 呢一D負面情緒)，亦可以做yoga或打坐前用嚟calm down自己嘅心神。

- Camellia oil is obtained from the seeds of the plant, it grows mostly in Asia and has been used for centuries in Japan to nourish and condition the skin, hair and nails.
- Candelilla wax is a vegetable wax derived from the wild growing herbaceous plant family Euphorbica Antisyphilitica. It is obtained by boiling the dried stalks.
- Lavender essential oil has been known for its antiseptic and analgesic properties. It has also been known to have sedating properties. Lavender relaxes and calms.
- Rose Geranium essential oil is uplifting. It also just smells delightful.
