We are off on Mondays.
We recommend that you arrive at least 30-40 minutes prior to your scheduled session. This allows us to have a discussion with you about your treatment expectations and also provides you with ample time to relax. Due to scheduling of next guests in line, please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. A full service payment will be charged for late arrivals as well.

Bookings
All appointments must be paid and confirmed by scheduling with our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent to you after an appointment is acknowledged by the system. Special treatment stated on the booking system must be booked by calling us at +852-39040390 / whatsapping us at +852-56335756. We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred session and service is available.
Health Conditions
Please inform us when making your reservation of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your scheduled treatment, please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Cancellations or no shows on the actual day of your scheduled treatment may incur a 50% charge for each treatment. You might transfer the session to a friend if you cannot make it to your scheduled treatment, but please let us know in advance to avoid any misunderstanding. A full refund to your credit card on PayPal will be settled within 14 business days for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your treatment session, please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service.
Gratuity
A 5% service charge will be added to your final bill on top of the treatment cost. This will go directly to your therapist as gratuity. You might also tip the therapist extra in the room by cash at your discretion.
Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles. Please keep all valuables within your direct sight or at home.
After Care
To continue your INUF experience at home, most products used in our treatments are available for purchase. Please consult Team INUF about your skin concerns and routine regime.
